Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Velveeta cheese
- 1 pound butter
- 20 slices bread, without crust
- 2 cups sesame seeds
- 1 or 2 cans crab, 7 to 8 ounces each
Instructions
- Roll each bread slice flat.
- Melt cheese and ½ pound butter in microwave. Cool.
- Add crab after cool.
- Spread mixture on rolled-out bread slices. Roll each bread slice into a log.
- Melt remaining butter. Dip logs in butter, then roll in sesame seeds.
- Place seam-side down on cookie sheet. Freeze in plastic bag.
- When ready to use, cut logs in thirds and bake in hot oven until brown.
