Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked chicken, cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 ½ cups small green grapes, cut large grapes
  • 1 ½ cups sliced celery
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, 13 ½ ounces, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, 11 ounces, drained
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked cut-up chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar, and salt. Let stand for a while.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and combine both mixtures.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
