Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked chicken, cut in chunks
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 ½ cups small green grapes, cut large grapes
- 1 ½ cups sliced celery
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, 13 ½ ounces, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, 11 ounces, drained
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine cooked cut-up chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar, and salt. Let stand for a while.
- Mix remaining ingredients and combine both mixtures.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
