Ingredients
- 1 pound Bacon
- 8 Slices of Bread without crust
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 doz eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Fry Bacon (crumble).
- Grease a 9x13 pan with grease.
- Cut bread into cubes and put in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bread.
- Beat eggs, salt + pepper + milk together, pour over bread mixture.
- Cover + refrigerate overnight. Take it out of the fridge in the morning and let it warm to room temperature.
- Bake uncovered at 250° for 1 hour.
