Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 8 Slices of Bread without crust
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 doz eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry Bacon (crumble).
  2. Grease a 9x13 pan with grease.
  3. Cut bread into cubes and put in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bread.
  5. Beat eggs, salt + pepper + milk together, pour over bread mixture.
  6. Cover + refrigerate overnight. Take it out of the fridge in the morning and let it warm to room temperature.
  7. Bake uncovered at 250° for 1 hour.
