Ingredients
- 2 ½ to 3 pounds pork roast
- 1 package small pinto beans
- 4 cups water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 cans diced green chilies
Instructions
- Cook for 8 or more hours on low.
