Ingredients

  • 1 package chopped broccoli, 10 ounces
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

In oven:

  1. Place vegetable in 1 ½ quart baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes to partially thaw.
  3. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, milk, half the cheese, and onion.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

In skillet:

  1. Thaw vegetable in saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, milk, half the cheese, and onion.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
