Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup vinegar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 each red, yellow, and green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped, or more
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 can of pinto beans
Optional:
- Hot sauce
- Jalapeño peppers
Instructions
- Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil. Add oil and pepper.
- Pour juice over all ingredients.
- Can add hot sauce or jalapeño peppers.
