Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- ⅔ cup oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Cool.
- Beat oil and eggs into cake mix one at a time.
- Pour mixture into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- When cake is done, prick it with a fork.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over cake.
