Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce package potato onion perogies, frozen thawed
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium onion, cooked
  • 1 small cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • ΒΌ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Cook perogies according to package directions.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and add onion. Cook about 4 minutes, covered.
  3. Add cabbage and add 1 teaspoon salt.
  4. Mix horseradish and mustard together with 1 tablespoon water, then mix with cabbage.
