Ingredients
- 1 package Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup oil
- ¾ cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon imitation butter flavor
- ½ cup nuts
Filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon imitation butter flavor
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Milk, enough for thin icing
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, water, vanilla, and imitation butter flavor.
- Beat at high speed for 8 minutes.
- Grease and flour an angel food pan.
- Sprinkle ½ cup nuts on bottom of pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for filling.
- Alternate filling and batter in pan, ending with batter on top.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 ½ hours.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar, imitation butter flavor, vanilla, and enough milk to make a thin icing.
- Spread icing while cake is warm.
