Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups ground nuts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 13 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, and ½ of the nuts.
  2. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ½ of the Cool Whip.
  6. Spread on crust.
  7. Mix pudding and milk.
  8. Pour on cheese mixture.
  9. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
  10. Sprinkle with nuts.
  11. Refrigerate.
