Ingredients
- 7 cups cucumbers
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canning salt
Optional:
- Carrots
- Other vegetables
- Mustard seed
- Celery
- Garlic
Instructions
- Bring sugar and white vinegar to a boil and cool.
- Cover the cucumbers with canning salt. Draw water awhile.
- You can also add carrots, other vegetables, mustard seed, celery, and garlic.
- Pour cooled vinegar mixture over cucumbers.
- Leave in fridge for 3 days.
