Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 package lemon Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ⅔ cup oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Cool.
  2. Beat oil and eggs into cake mix one at a time.
  3. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. When cake is done, prick it with a fork.
  6. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over cake.
