Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2-3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Flour, ½ cup per cup of mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and mash.
  2. Add cream, butter, and salt.
  3. Beat.
  4. Cool.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Roll into balls and knead smooth.
  7. Cut into pieces the size of an egg.
  8. Roll around very thin, like pie crust.
  9. Bake until light tan.
  10. Do not grease griddle.
