Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes
- ½ cup cream
- 2-3 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Flour, ½ cup per cup of mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash.
- Add cream, butter, and salt.
- Beat.
- Cool.
- Add flour.
- Roll into balls and knead smooth.
- Cut into pieces the size of an egg.
- Roll around very thin, like pie crust.
- Bake until light tan.
- Do not grease griddle.
