Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening and butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix shortening and butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
- Roll into balls and flatten.
- Bake at 350° until set, not hard.
