Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup oil
- ⅛ cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup quartered maraschino cherries
- 2 drops green food coloring
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Sugar-Cinnamon Mixture:
- ¼ cup sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon. Mixing with a spoon, as dough becomes stiff to mixer.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle part of sugar-cinnamon mixture in bottom of 2 greased loaf pans.
- Add dough equally to pans.
- Sprinkle rest of sugar-cinnamon mixture on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until done.
- Cool and wrap in foil.
- Store for a few days before using. Freezes well.
