Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water.
- Add oil and cake mix. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, or as directed on box.
- When cake is done, punch holes in top with fork.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cake.
Notes
This recipe is almost identical to the "Super Lemon Cake" recipe in the recipe box, with the only meaningful difference being the amount of oil.
