Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 16-ounce can chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Frosting

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 16-ounce bag chocolate chips

Instructions

Bars

  1. Cream together 1 stick butter and flour.
  2. Add chocolate syrup, vanilla, and well-beaten eggs.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool.

Frosting

  1. Bring butter, milk, and sugar to a rolling boil.
  2. When sugar is not sugary, add chocolate chips.
  3. Stir until melted well, then frost bars.
