Ingredients
- 4 cups Special K cereal
- ¾ cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup white syrup
- 1 package butterscotch chips
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Bring white sugar and white syrup to a rolling boil.
- When boiling, mix with peanut butter and vanilla, then spread into a buttered pan right away.
- Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Mix and then spread over top of Special K Bars.
- Chill in fridge.

Makes 1 large pan.
