Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cups cubed rhubarb
  • 3 ounces strawberry jello, dry

Topping:

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, baking powder, and salt as pie crust.
  2. Add beaten egg and milk. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  3. Put cubed rhubarb over dough.
  4. Sprinkle dry strawberry jello over rhubarb.
  5. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle topping over dessert.
  6. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.

Notes

Double for Big Pan.
