Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups cubed rhubarb
- 3 ounces strawberry jello, dry
Topping:
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, baking powder, and salt as pie crust.
- Add beaten egg and milk. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Put cubed rhubarb over dough.
- Sprinkle dry strawberry jello over rhubarb.
- Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle topping over dessert.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
